Pair of Two Calico Chintz Ironstone MugsFeaturing an old standard china pattern, calico chintz, these lovely ironstone mugs spark a memory of eighteenth century England where the pattern was first produced in the late 1700's. Generously sized they each stand 3.5" tall and measure 4.5" across inclusive of the handle. The hallmark is a large shield flanked by a pair of lions, each with a flag, standing on their hind legs.
